FLUID KOOPERACJA Sp. z o.o., a limited liability Company with its seat in Sędziszów, was established in 1991, after its entrance to the commercial register on April 26, 1991. The Company’s activities focused on rendering marketing services on behalf of numerous commercial entities.
On March 1, 2005, FLUID KOOPERACJA Company was reactivated to commence a completely new scope of activities. The Partners raised the Company’s share capital from PLN 1000,00 (10 shares, PLN100 each) by 490 new shares, PLN 100 each, to the total value of PLN 50.000,00. The Shareholders reactivated the Company’s activity to introduce an innovative – not only on Polish, but also on the European market – technology of production of ecological, renewable fuel – biowęgiel (biowęgiel (biocarbon)).
After the reactivation, the Company operating under the name FLUID KOOPERACJA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością – a limited liability company with its seat in Sędziszów, became a Special Purpose entity and its activity aimed in “implementation of an innovative technology of production of biowęgiel (biocarbon) – renewable fuel for the power engineering” and was entered to the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000230574.
In July 2005 the Company’s share capital was raised again by creating 250 new shares, taken up by the new Shareholder through an in-kind contribution of a plot of land of the area of 5200 m2 and an utility building of the area of 288m2.
July 2006 brought another raise of the Company’s share capital, by PLN 25.000,00 by issuance of 250 new shares, PLN 100,00 each, taken up by the new Shareholder and covered by an in-kind contribution, consisting in transferring of all the rights to the invention named “method and appliance for valorization of the solid waste fuels and biomass, particularly for the purposes of the clean production of electric energy and heat.”
In April 2008, the Company’s share capital was raised again by another PLN 50.000,00 via issuance of 500 new shares, worth PLN100 each, taken up by the new Shareholders who covered the whole value of the shares by paying the amount of PLN 50.000
Recently the share capital of FLUID KOOPERACJA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością – a limited liability company with its seat in Sędziszów - amounts to PLN 150.000,00. The Company is the sole proprietor of all the rights to the invention "method and appliance for valorization of the solid waste fuels and biomass, particularly for the purposes of the clean production of electric energy and heat", submitted to the Patent Office on November 28, 2003.
